My very own "shark bite"

So I finally got to look at the incision when they changed the dressing, when I saw it I was surprised at how big it was!  The resident just said it was only as big as it needed to be, which makes sense, this tumor was pushing 6 cm!  So naturally I took a picture, then giggled for a good 5 minutes trying to find out what filter on Instagram made it look the most attractive.  Never thought I'd be doing that.
